What Happened?
On August 1, 2015, C.D. was walking on Church Avenue in Brooklyn about to catch the bus to the beach. As he was passing a gentleman on the sidewalk, his right sandal caught a raised edge on a sidewalk cellar door causing him to trip and fall to the ground.
