What Happened?
On April 27, 2017, Noel was driving on the Cross Bronx Expressway when a tractor trailer came into his lane. Noel swerved into the left lane to avoid getting struck by the tractor trailer and collided with another vehicle! Noel lost control of his vehicle after the first collision and struck a second vehicle. He was trapped between the median divider and the two vehicles.
