What Happened?
On November 7, 2014, Sasha was driving on Major Deegan Expressway when a commercial truck was merging onto the expressway from the ramp and did not yield the right of way to other vehicles on the highway. As a result, the truck driver sideswiped the entire right side of Sasha’s car.
