What Happened?
On September 11, 2018, Jerome was riding his bicycle to the bank along Remsen Avenue when a drunk driver came recklessly crashing into him from behind and subsequently fled the scene. The collision sent Jerome flying off his bike and he landed in the front yard of a local resident. He immediately stood up for fear that he was still in the street and would get hit again.
