What Happened?
On April 6, 2017, Lisa was a front seat passenger in a car that was stopped in traffic on Pennsylvania Avenue near Linden Boulevard. In a matter of seconds, another vehicle sped out of a gas station and hit the front driver’s side of the vehicle Lisa was riding in. After the collision, Lisa remembers being in shock.
