What Happened?
On November 5, 2016, Douglas was traveling on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway in stop and go traffic in the far left lane due to construction on the far right lane. While he was slowing to traffic, Douglas was rear-ended by another driver (that later claimed Douglas stopped short and could no avoid the collision).
