What Happened?
On October 24, 2017, Pam was an unrestrained passenger sitting in the middle of a bus that collided with a car in front of it. The bus crash occurred as she was sitting down, and she remembered her body suddenly jerk forward. Thankfully, no one on the bus sustained life-threatening injuries. Since Pam was not sitting down properly when the accident occurred, Pam was unable to brace for the crash like other passengers.
