What Happened?
On March 24, 2017, Greg was waiting at a red light to turn left at the intersection of West Street and Murray Street. He was working for Uber at the time and was on his way to pick up a passenger. While he was waiting at the light, a tour bus that was also trying to turn left crashed into the side of Greg’s car (sideswipe accident). The driver of the tour bus lied to the police and claimed that Greg swerved in front of him. Greg later went to the hospital to have his injuries evaluated.
As a result of the accident, Greg suffered a herniated disc and two bulging discs in his lower back. He also suffered a spine sprain and strain.
